Mrs. Piyali Sen – Principal of Happy Classroom conducted a workshop on pedagogy on 29th April with all the teachers from both centres. Teachers demonstrated teaching techniques and discussion followed after each demonstration. Teachers decided to at the end of each semester similar workshops will be organised. The practical experience of teachers dealing with students coming from deprived background helps them to re -think methods of teaching.
