The data we gather consists of your name, address, e-mail and phone number. This personal information will not be distributed, shared, rented or given to companies or organisations without your express written consent. We usually update our donors by email through our bi-annual newsletter and our annual report. If you feel that you are being contacted frequently and inconvenienced, please inform us and we can limit this to fewer updates or if you would prefer, remove you from the e-mailing list completely.

You can also request a copy of the personal info we have for you at any time by emailing fokeindia@yahoo.in If any personal information changes or you find our records are not up-to-date, please inform us. We will make sure your personal information is held safely, as per the Data Protection Act.
